• SEO Services
• Social Media Management
• Google Ads and YouTube Ads
• Business Growth Consulting

2. Service Nature

All services provided by Creative Sourabh Group ( CS Groups ) are digitally delivered and customized as per client requirements. Refunds and cancellations are governed strictly due to service planning and resource allocation.

3. Cancellation Terms

• Clients may cancel services before execution starts by emailing [email protected]
• Once project work has started, cancellations will not be eligible for refund
• A processing fee of 15% may apply for approved cancellations before execution

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payments
• Service failure from our end
• Service cancelled before start and approved by Creative Sourabh Group ( CS Groups )

Note: No refunds for services where work, strategy, or discussions have already begun.

5. Refund Timeline

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original payment method.
