The first month and the one-time charges, with GST (none on the API setup, which is paid in US dollars — hence “about”).
WhatsApp Inbox, CRM and the AI Sales Manager are billed together — the three apps’ own prices added up, nothing on top.
Each AI reply is paid from a prepaid wallet at the AI model’s own cost, with no markup. Recharge whenever you like.
Meta’s per-message charges are billed through your WhatsApp Inbox at cost — not from the plan fee or the AI wallet.
The plan is billed monthly in advance, with a numbered GST invoice; each wallet recharge has its own.

Questions
Your business number, set up on the WhatsApp Business API and connected to your inbox by our team. The number has to meet WhatsApp’s Business API rules, and Meta decides the approval of the number, its display name and your message templates.
ARYA asks what it needs to know, then shares your booking link or hands the chat to a person on your team who fixes the time — and leaves a note on why. The lead, the notes and the call-back are in your CRM either way.
Every message the AI sends is marked as AI in your inbox, and if a customer asks, it says it is an AI. It never claims to be a person, and it stops at once when a customer says stop.
Each reply is charged at the AI model’s own cost, with no markup, from a prepaid AI wallet. The first credit comes with your first payment; when it runs low you recharge. At zero balance the AI stops replying until you do.
Our team: your WhatsApp Business API number, your business profile, services, prices, office hours and the answers your customers ask for. AI Brain Training is included free, so the AI answers like your team from day one.
Yes. Extra CRM users are charged at the CRM’s own per-user rate, and inbox users beyond those in your plan at the inbox’s extra-user rate.
The plan is billed a month at a time, in advance, and a month already paid is not refunded. Cancellation follows our Terms.
