These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Creative Sourabh Group (CS Groups) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a membership, or subscribing to our CS Workplace software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

4Memberships & subscriptions
- Memberships grant access to the benefits described on the relevant plan page for the subscription period.
- Subscriptions renew as described at purchase unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- We may revise plans, benefits or pricing; changes will not affect an already-active billing period.
5CS Workplace software
CS Workplace is our business software — CRM, HR, accounts, projects, team chat and related tools — offered to businesses on a subscription. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
- Your workspace and its users. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can make others admins. You are responsible for the people you give access to, for what they do in the workspace, and for keeping sign-in details safe.
- Your data. You own the data you put into your workspace and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and to contact the people in it. We process it only to provide the software to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Messages you send. Email, WhatsApp and SMS sent from CS Workplace must follow the law and the rules of the channel (including WhatsApp and Meta policies). Do not send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Connected services. Features that connect to other services — such as Facebook and Instagram lead ads, Google Forms, WhatsApp or Zoho — also depend on those services and their own terms. If a provider changes or withdraws access, the related feature may stop working.
- Availability. We work to keep CS Workplace running and your data safe, but the software is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
How plans are bought, billed, changed and cancelled is set out in the next section. These CS Workplace terms, with the CS Workplace part of our Refund Policy, are version 2026-09-24; when you start a trial or pay for a plan, we record that you agreed to this version.
6CS Workplace plans, billing and cancellation
- Quotes and orders. You order a plan by asking for a quote in your workspace — it names the app, the plan, the number of users, the billing period, the price and the GST — and then starting its free trial or paying for it. To do either, you tick to agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy, and we record who agreed, when, and to which version.
- Free trials. Where a plan offers a free trial, nothing is charged during it, and we remind the owner before it ends. When it ends, we issue the invoice for the first paid period, and the late-payment terms below apply to it like any other invoice. If you do not want to carry on, cancel before the trial ends and no invoice is issued.
- When a paid plan starts. A plan you pay for online starts the moment the payment succeeds. If a payment fails or is not completed, nothing is switched on and you are not charged.
- Billing in advance. Each billing period is paid for at its start. Unless you cancel, the invoice for the next period is issued when the current one ends.
- Prices and GST. Prices are in Indian rupees and do not include GST; your quote and invoice show the GST charged. We may change prices for future billing periods. A new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it — never to a period you have already paid for.
- Users. A workspace can have as many active users as it pays for, up to its plan’s limit. You can add users from your workspace at any time; added users are charged at once for the rest of the current period. Each new period is billed for the users active when it starts, so removing users lowers the bill from the next billing date.
- Changing plans. A move to a higher plan applies at once, and the difference for the rest of the current period is charged when you make it. A move to a lower plan, or to a different billing period, applies from your next billing date.
- What a plan includes. A plan includes the features listed for it when you order. Features of higher plans, or not yet released, are not part of it. A workspace above its plan’s limits keeps working, but cannot grow past them until it moves to a plan that allows it.
- WhatsApp messages. A WhatsApp Inbox subscription does not include the cost of messages. Messages are charged separately, per message, as shown in the app.
- Late payment. A period’s invoice is due 7 days after the period starts, and the workspace works in full until then. If it is still unpaid on that date, the workspace becomes read-only; 30 days after that it is closed until the invoice is paid. Throughout, you can still export your data and incoming WhatsApp messages are still saved. We do not delete your data because a payment is late.
- Cancelling. You can cancel from your workspace at any time. The workspace keeps working until the end of the period already paid for (or the end of the trial) and then stops, and no further invoice is issued. You can undo a cancellation before that date.
- After a subscription ends. We keep a workspace’s data after its subscription ends or is closed, so you can export it or come back. On request, we will help you export it. If we ever plan to delete a closed workspace’s data, we will tell the owner at least 30 days before.
7Payments
Fees are payable in advance through our payment partners. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.
