Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 24 September 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Creative Sourabh Group (CS Groups) (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects information about you when you visit our website, book a consultation, subscribe to a membership, use our CS Workplace business software, or otherwise interact with our services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described here.

- Cookies and similar technologies that help the site function and help us understand usage.

- To schedule sessions, send confirmations, reminders and important service updates.
- To process payments and issue invoices.

4CS Workplace — data our business customers store
CS Workplace is our business software (CRM, HR, accounts, projects, team chat and related tools). Businesses that subscribe to it (“customers”) use it to store information about their own customers, leads, employees and work.
- For that information, the customer decides what is collected and why; we process it only on their behalf and on their instructions, to provide the software to them.
- Each customer’s data is kept in its own workspace. One customer cannot see another customer’s data.
- If you are a lead or contact of one of our customers and want your information corrected or deleted, please ask that business directly. You may also write to us at [email protected] and we will pass your request to them.
- Forms that a customer builds in CS Workplace and places on their own website send the answers you type into that customer’s CRM. The form itself does not set cookies.
5Facebook and Instagram lead ads
A CS Workplace customer can connect their own Facebook Page using the “Connect Facebook” button, so that people who fill in that business’s Facebook or Instagram lead-ad forms appear as leads in that business’s CRM. Our app is called CS Groups CRM Leads.
What we receive from Meta
- From the person who connects a Page: their Facebook user ID, the list of Pages they chose to grant, each Page’s name and ID, and a Page access token.
- For each lead: the answers the person gave in the lead form (for example name, phone number, email address and any custom questions the business asked), and the names of the campaign and ad the lead came from.
How we use it
- Only to create and update leads in the CRM of the business that owns the Page, and to show that business which of its Pages are connected.
- We do not sell this data, we do not use it to advertise our own services, and we do not share it with any other customer. Each Page can belong to only one workspace.
- Page access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in the office screens.
Removing the connection and deleting data
- The business can press Disconnect in CS Workplace at any time; the Page and its token are removed immediately.
- If you remove the CS Groups CRM Leads app in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy → Business integrations), or ask Facebook to delete your data, Facebook tells us automatically and we delete every Page connection and token that your Facebook account created. You can check the result at csgroups.in/meta-data-deletion.
- Leads that have already arrived belong to the business that received them and stay in its CRM as its own customer records. To have those removed, ask that business, or write to [email protected].
7Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your data.
8Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and thereafter only as long as necessary to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
9Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent to marketing at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
10Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with an updated “Last updated” date. Significant changes may also be notified to you directly.
