Is the ad budget included in the fee?

No. Ad spend is paid by you directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), is separate from our fee and is non-refundable. Each plan covers a monthly ad budget range: pick the one that matches yours.

What does the one-time setup fee cover?

Pixel and tracking setup, conversion configuration, and account and funnel setup. It is part of your first payment only and is never charged on renewal. Enterprise has no setup fee.

Do I approve the posts?

Yes. Every post, reel, creative and ad copy is sent to you for approval before it is published. Share your logo, brand colours and product photos and we build the content calendar from them.

How does billing work?

The fee is paid 100% in advance for each monthly cycle. Work starts once the payment is confirmed and page access is shared.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are non-refundable once the service has started.
