CS Groups is hiring an AI-Automation Intern to help build and maintain intelligent workflow automations that connect our business tools — Zoho CRM, Zoho Cliq, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and more — using n8n and AI-powered pipelines.

You will design no-code/low-code automations, write Python scripts for custom logic, and integrate APIs and webhooks to reduce manual work across departments. This is a hands-on, real-impact role — the automations you build will be used by our live teams every day.

What you'll do

Workflow Automation

Design and build automated workflows using n8n to connect Zoho apps, internal APIs, and third-party tools.
Integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Cliq, Zoho People, and Zoho Projects via REST APIs and webhooks.
Set up AI-driven triggers, follow-up chasers, and smart notification workflows using Claude / LLM APIs.
Monitor and debug live workflows; identify failures and implement fixes promptly.

Scripting & Data

Write clean Python scripts to handle custom automation logic, data transformation, and scheduled tasks.
Maintain and query PostgreSQL tables used by automation workflows for data logging and state management.
Document all automation flows clearly for team reference and future handover.

Collaboration

Work closely with HR, Sales, and Tech teams to understand manual processes and automate repetitive tasks.
Participate in team reviews and share progress updates on active automation builds.

What we're looking for

Currently pursuing B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related field (any year).
Good understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures.
Comfortable writing Python scripts for automation, data handling, and API calls.
Logical thinking — ability to map a business process into an automated workflow.
Familiarity with any automation or integration tool (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar).
Basic SQL / database knowledge to query and update records.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
